What we Offer:

Certification

·         Mat Work Teacher Training Course (MTTC)
It is affordable, easy to integrate into many different settings and introduces people to the foundation of Pilates. There is no part of the Pilates system that exemplifies the principles of the method, particularly flow, quite as well as the Mat work.

Students study the full complement (Basic to Master Level) of Mat Work exercises and the integration of small apparatus into the Mat program. The mat work course is a stepping stone to the full comprehensive course.
The course covers both the classical and contemporary repertoires, anatomy and the science of human movement, and teaching methodologies It is advised for students who do not have the time or resources to study the comprehensive course, or those in locations without Pilates equipment. The course consists of 6 Modules, presented over 2 weekends and from start to the exam date is approximately 6 months. Apprentice hours are a requirement.

·         Comprehensive Teacher Training Course (CTTC)

The BASI CTTC emphasizes the holistic nature of Pilates; it teaches the student to think and understand, rather than simply to perform exercises, and to work with a broad diversity of clients. The course covers major Pilates equipment, classical and contemporary repertoires, anatomy and the science of human movement, and teaching methodologies.
